FSFA at the Japan Festival 2019 in Box Hill

FSFA Executive Committee members were at the Japan Festival 2019 at Box Hill Town Hall last Sunday 19 May to promote our Association. Our prime position in the Main Hall gave us excellent exposure to the many visitors at this very popular 20th Japan Festival organised by the Japan Club of Victoria.

Our presence at the Japan Festival 2019 was designed to increase our exposure, promote our sister city relationship and its activities, and encourage new membership to our Association. We were able to distribute our promotional flyer, our 2020 Japanese Festival flyer and Calendar of Events and sign up many new members!

It was also a great opportunity to touch base with many of our Japanese Festival regulars and meet with many new and exciting performers leading up to our next Festival on 29 November 2020. Our Vice-Chairperson Simon Hast received many positive responses which will ensure our 2020 Japanese Festival will be bigger and better than ever!

Our thanks to the committee members who were on deck to assist promoting our Association and to Tonia, Chie, Amy Rose and Mick who were great support at the Festival!
